Juan has been in Real Estate Finance since 2009. Mr. Ochoa received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Cal Poly’s curriculum revolved heavily on the philosophy of LEARN BY DOING, this helped him adapt and thrive in the engineering business. After 5 years of working for Engineering firms throughout California, he learned to implement the customer needs into every project while working with other disciplines to meet the design deadlines. Mr. Ochoa brings his customer first mentality to the field of real estate financing and experience with working with other disciplines to make every Real Estate transaction a success!!!
